About OrbyJets

The OrbyJets mobile application is published by Orby, Inc. ("OrbyJets", "we", "us", or "our"). This page explains how you can request deletion of your OrbyJets member account and what happens to your data when you do.

How to Request Account Deletion

You can request deletion of your OrbyJets account using either of the following methods:

• 1.In the OrbyJets app: Open Account Settings, tap "Delete account", and follow the on-screen steps. You will receive a confirmation email; you must confirm the request before deletion is processed.
• 2.By email: Send a deletion request from the email address associated with your account to support@orbyjets.com. Include your full name and the email address linked to your OrbyJets account so we can verify your identity.

What Data Is Deleted

When your account deletion is confirmed and processed, we delete the following data:

• Passport and government-issued ID documents you uploaded for verification.
• Third-party authentication identifiers, including your Privy account and Apple Sign-In identifiers.
• Your Privy account is removed from our authentication provider.

What Data Is Retained or Anonymized

Your user and profile record is not permanently erased from our systems. Instead, it is anonymized:

• Your email address is replaced with a placeholder in the form deleted_account_<uuid>@orbyjets.com.
• Your phone number is cleared.
• Other profile fields are anonymized so the record can no longer be linked to you, while preserving data integrity required for legal, accounting, or operational purposes (for example, historical booking references).

Backup Copies and Retention

Deleted or anonymized information may continue to exist in backup systems for a limited period, as described in our Privacy Policy. Backup copies are isolated from active use and are deleted in accordance with our retention practices.
